I used to think I never had the time to cook tasty, fresh, healthy meals either. But then I started to learn about how preparing ahead can actually save you time in the week. Not only that but it meant I could sit down and relax with a cup of tea and not get stressed about cooking! Or I could finish writing a blog or new content and not get behind with my work schedules.
This is how I manage to get the most out of my days and know I will be cooking really tasty, fresh food every day. It took a while but once i got into the habit its a simple process and one that leaves me feeling satisfied knowing I have loads of free time to do with as I please!

Most recipe's can be fully or partly made up ahead of time, you just needs to re heat them and add in sides like sweet potato wedges, or rice with extra vegetables.
Overnight oats are a brilliant and simple way to grab a breakfast if you are pushed for time in a morning. And a tub of leftover roast veg and rice is a simple yet nutritious lunch.
